CHARLIE GASCICH

Charlie holds a B.A. in Organizational Management and Leadership and has been a dedicated member of the Whatsoever team since 1994. He began his journey as the Sports and Youth Director, serving in that role for a decade before becoming Executive Director in 2004. A proud Northeast native, Charlie brings deep-rooted commitment, strong leadership, and infectious charisma to his role. His passion for the community and tireless dedication have been instrumental in sustaining and growing Whatsoever’s mission and impact over the years.

Early Childhood Program Director

Cecilia began her journey at Whatsoever as a preschool teacher, where her dedication and natural talent quickly stood out. It wasn’t long before it became clear that she was the right person to lead the Early Childhood Program. Her warmth, care, and commitment to young children earned the trust of families early on—many of whom continue to see her as a key partner in their child’s development.
